''The Calderons'' Goes Festival
Look out New York City!

Just got the good word that The Calderons, the short film written and directed by the brilliant genius Dan McNamara has been accepted into the 2006 New York Television Festival! In its second year, the NYTV has already proven to be a launching pad for television development deals. Two pilots shown at the 2005 festival were picked up by networks! The Calderons is a mockumentary about an unemployed Long Island couple who take care of two handicapped robots in exchange for a monthly check from the goverment. It's incredibly funny, and it gave me the chance to work alongside some hilarious people -- including Michelle Fix, Yang Miller, Kristen Schaal and Chris Caniglia. Congrats to Dan and everyone who worked on this!!!
